Tropi-KALE Smoothie

Tropi-kale Smoothie: 

3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup mango frozen
1/2 cup pineapple frozen
1/2 banana
1/3 avocado
1 scoop of vanilla whey
A pinch of freshly grated ginger
Top it off with 2 hand fulls of Kale
Then add some ice........

Serves 1
